Answers:
- Do not know how to set up Autoresponder with formmail I keep
getting error MIME file in my mail box
You cant set up an Autoresponder with Formmail.
- How do I go about setting up the auto-reponder message so
that I can have it read "Dear (the client's name) I want the
autoresponder message to address the client by his or her name
filled out in the form. How would I set up the autoresponder message
to do this?
This cannot be done.
The autoresponders can only send prewritten textual messages, that
cannot be altered or customized for different customers.
- How many response can you set your auto resonder to ?
Our autoresponders send out your message ONE TIME.
- I cannot get my email autoresponder to work?
1. Please try renaming the autoresponder.
Sometimes, the system for one reason or another just does not like
an autoresponder name and changing it slightly can fix it :)
2. Make sure you give it at least 15 minutes. It can take the system
up to 15 minutes to update your autoresponder changes... so please
dont give up after 30 seconds.
3. Make sure you are not redirecting your autoresponder to another
autoresponder. This is very dangerous and can harm the server.
- How do I create an email autoresponder?
Log into your account's control panel.
Once logged in, click the 'Mail Manager' icon
and you will be able to click and point your way to creating as many
autoresponders as you need.
Please try to keep the size of your autoresponders as small as possible,
as email load is the worst thing for the servers.
