Answers:
  1. Why do I get this error, "There was a problem logging onto your mail server. Your Password was rejected."?
    Here is the error message I keep getting and the settings I have using outlook express:

    There was a problem logging onto your mail server. Your Password was rejected. Account: 'Account Name', Server: 'mail.domain.ext', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR Bad login', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC92

    incoming mail=mail.domain.ext
    outgoing mail=smtp.isp.ext (SMTP server of your internet access provider)
    account name=accountuser
    password=accountpassword

    When you change your account password it does not change an email addresses' password. You need to change the username's password to what you want it to be. You need to do this in the Mail Manager, located in your Hosting Control Panel =)

  2. What do I put in my incoming mail POP3, and out going mail SMTP? I looked through the faqs and found many entries that said "enter server information" but never stated how the server information might be formated (mail.theirdomain.com)
    You would put in
    mail.theirdomain.com
    for POP3 server,
    OUTGOING SMTP should always be your ISP's SMTP (SMTP server of your internet access provider).

  3. How can I setup something so that I can read my email from a web browser when I am away from home ?
    You can download and read your email anywhere in the world by going to:
    www.MailStart.com
    You will need your email address and the password for that address... THATS IT!

  4. Can I ask people in my company to open their own mailboxs under my domain name? Or I have to open mailboxs for them from control panel myself -- how are they going to change their password and set up forwarding features then?
    You have to open and administrate all POP email on your account. If you need to, you can give them your control panel username and password, and they can do it themselves :)

  5. Forwarding restriction
    You can use mail manager to set up mailboxes, create aliases (box1 sends directly to box2), and even forward mail off our server to be received somewhere else (like box@aol.com).

    But there is one important exception:

    Using mail manager, you can set up the following:

    box1 ---> box1

    box1 ---> box1, box2 (both boxes get a copy)

    box1 ---> box2

    box1 ---> box@aol.com

    box1 ---> box1, box@aol.com

    box1 ---> box1, box2, box@aol.com

    BUT YOU CANNOT SETUP:

    box1 --> box2, box@aol.com

    because box2 will never get its mail **in this case only**

    unless there is a real box1.

    In addition, you can't do this:

    box1 -->box2 ---> box3

    You have to do this:

    box1 --> box2, box3
