Miva is simply version 3.x of HTMLScript. Any version before 3.x was simply called 'HTMLScript', and version 3.x is called Miva. The newest version of the Miva Engine is called 'Miva Empresa'. MIVA does not seem to be working on my account... what do I do ? First make sure that your account has the MIVA button on the control panel. If it does not, then you need to contact us and ask us to move you to a MIVA machine... you must also give us permission to DELETE your entire site... thus, you need to have your FILES backed up BEFORE asking to be moved. We do however support MIVA Merchant... which you can purchase at www.MIVA.com How does the Miva Merchant License work ? If you wan to use a Miva Merchant Shopping Cart on our systems... you need to FIRST: Go to www.Miva.com and PURCHASE a Miva Merchant License You will then need to supply us with that license # and we will install the Miva Merchant onto your domain.
