Questions:
  1. I sent e-mail but was not able to deliver mail. how do i retrieve e-mail from your mail server using MS Outlook or other mail client?
  2. We are having trouble setting up our e-mail accounts in MS Outlook Express 5.0 we want to be able to recieve mail using outlook express 5.0 but this is the message i get when i try to recieve. Unable to logon to the server using Secure Password Authentication. Account: 'John Doe', Server: 'mydomain.com', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR Invalid command; valid commands: USER, QUIT', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC18
  3. I cannot download any e-mails, but if I SSH/telnet to the site, I see 4 new messages there.
  4. When someone sends me an email, I receive it, but also an error message from "mail delivery subsystem" subject "Returned mail:local configuration error". What can I do about this?

    The KEY WORD here is:
    Secure Password Authentication

    You are not supposed to run that>

    GO TO:
    Your properties for that mail account.
    Then click the Servers Tab
    UNCLICK the selection:
    Logon using secure password authentication.

    That will fix the problem :)
  3. I cannot download any e-mails, but if I SSH/telnet to the site, I see 4 new messages there.
    Double check to make sure that you are checking the correct POP account.
    Last, if you still cannot download them, then most likely our system is rejecting one or more of the messages due to size or attachment.
    Delete the messages in the box from SSH/Telnet and POP should now work :)

    You probably have some type of a loop in your email config.
    Check to make sure your email is not being forwarded in an infinte loop.
